#SaveVCFAnaheim is a grassroots campaign devoted to prayer, to exposing truth, and to advocating for justice.
We will not stop until the Anaheim Vineyard home is returned to its rightful owners.
A Family Finds a Home
Beginning in the early 1980s, hundreds gather in a high school gymnasium. Disillusioned with religion, they seek authenticity, humility, Jesus.
Young and old come from near, and far.
Through generosity, the new family not only finds a house — a permanent dwelling place for worship, teaching, healing, training…
They find a home.

That home gives birth to a movement
John Wimber and his wife Carol, founding leaders of the Anaheim Vineyard Christian Fellowship, soon realized the church they led was garnering global attention. Believers flocked to the Anaheim Vineyard Christian Fellowship to be part of this new family.
The movement becomes a global family
Today, nearly 2,500 churches comprise what began as a humble gathering. Today The Vineyard is in nearly 100 countries. The international Vineyard family is connected via a high degree of relationships, shared values, and mutual support.
The family is robbed of its home
Alan Scott, recently named senior pastor, suddenly disassociated from the Vineyard movement. He cited no issues, but claimed God told him to. He changed the name of the flagship church, a 44-year-old home to thousands locally and globally. And he took the property valued today at $100 million with him, as well as over $5 million in cash, and a $2 million home he lives in today, rent free, with his wife, Katheryn.
“This is what the LORD says: Do what is just and right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed.”
(Jeremiah 22:3)
